Unforeseen Delivery Delays:
As we do our best to process and ship orders in a timely manner, we cannot be responsible for packages that are placed at the last minute and do not arrive due situations that are beyond our control such as weather, natural disaster, or other such issues. FedEx/UPS/USPS will not refund shipping, even express shipping, if situations arise where the packages are delayed and it was beyond their control. If you choose to order at the last minute you will have to assume the risk and liability of the shipping as well as the return shipping if the items do not arrive in time. We highly recommend that you place an order well in advance of your occasion so that any unforeseen delays will not have your package arrive after your occasion.
PULLTABSALES cannot be responsible for packages stolen after delivery company shows package delivery.
Refunds:
We are happy to refund orders that fall under the following conditions:
- Packages are returned within 30 days unopened and in the same condition as when they were shipped from our warehouse (expedited shipping fees non-refundable)
- Lost packages where UPS/Fedex/USPS has confirmed the packages lost and a claim was issued by the transport company
We do not refund the following:
- We do not refund orders that were claimed stolen/lost after a proof of delivery is provided by the transport company.
- We do not refund items that are returned and have been opened or not in the original state as they were when originally shipped from our warehouse.
